How protective are Velvet Caviar cases?
Our cases are engineered with FirmFlex technology, providing 360-degree protection and drop testing up to 8 feet. We combine high-quality TPU for shock absorption with a hard polycarbonate shell to ensure your device stays safe without the bulk.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely in love with your purchase, you can return it in its original, unused condition for a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Velvet Caviar cases come with a 1-year limited warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects or print issues. It does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage to your device.
Are your cases compatible with wireless charging and MagSafe?
Most of our modern case designs are fully compatible with wireless charging. We also offer a specific MagSafe-compatible collection that includes built-in magnets for a secure connection with all MagSafe accessories.
What payment methods do you accept?
